Hi, will invitees with no camera on theirs laptop/PC desktop be able to join my meeting if I send them a link for the meeting? I have a camera on my device. My understanding is that I can email or text invitation with a link for the meeting and as long they have Internet access  and audio working they will be able to connect with me through Zoom. If I'm not correct please what are the requirements for invitees?

Yes, your understanding is generally correct
Zoom desktop or mobile application, or they can join via a web browser using the Zoom web client
