Zoom meeting reminder notification no longer sounds

Zoom notifications used to play a bubble sound when reminding me of an upcoming meeting. I cannot figure out how to get these reminders to play audio again. I do not mean notifications during a meeting. And I do not have audio connectivity issues. I solely mean the popup notification before a meeting that reminds you of the meeting in x-minutes.

Hi gaguirre,

Open your Zoom desktop app and click on the settings gear

Then in the general tab click on the box "remind me [  ] minutes before my upcoming meetings"

Thanks for this. I had it defaulted to 10 min. I'll test it out to make sure I am not incorrect, but if I remember correctly it also gives a popup at 0 minutes and that is the popup that does not have a sound.

Check your computer notifications to see if they are allowed to play sounds. 

Or do you mean that the 10 minute one has a sound, but the 0 minute one does not play a sound?

I have no audio alerts for Zoom meetings.  I get the notification on my screen, but there is no sound.  I've checked all the boxes I can find, but still no sound.  Where is the sound setting for upcoming Zoom meeting notifications?
