My meetings have been freezing for 3-5 seconds at a time (on both my end and the other participants' end) every several minutes. I work remotely and this is VERY inconvenient for me and the clients I work with -- we miss out on what each other is saying and have to repeat constantly.
My WiFi connection is stable. No other apps have issues for me. It's been happening to me since I bought a new computer (Surface Laptop 7 with Snapdragon OS).
How can I resolve this issue? I've updated my computer, updated Zoom, uninstalled and then re-installed the Zoom app, and contacted my internet provider to run diagnostics.
Any help is appreciated.
