Zoom meeting blocked

I am at present running a series of teaching sessions on Zoom.  One of my students cannot connect because, as she writes, she is receiving the message "meeting not available from Canada".  I am based in Spain, have a paid Zoom account and am using Zoom app version 5.16.10 on an Apple Mac.  I have never encountered this problem before.  Has anyone got any information about problems in Canada?

hi  @Cambrinus ,

 

If you look at the setup for that meeting, you will see the countries that are allowed to attend the meeting. I have the UK (Where I am based) and the USA,  so I would need to add Canada to my meeting here.
