Zoom links to wrong account

I was the chairperson of a non-profit board that has a Zoom Pro account. When I left the board, we changed the name on the account to the new chairperson. I have my own Zoom account and get invitations to Zoom meetings not related to the former non-profit. But when I click the link from the Zoom meeting invite it grabs the non-profit account and displays my name as the new chairperson's name. When I schedule meetings using my own account, my name displays correctly. What do I, or the non-profit, need to do so Zoom links don't grab the non-profit account when the invitation is to me, not the non-profit?

Hi @pantonie
A Zoom account ID is tied to an email address, and you need to change that. An email address can only work on one Zoom account  ID.
You have to change the email for that Zoom Pro account, so effectively change the billing email (as I assume there is just one licence on the account.  The name will make no difference.  The email needs to be changed.  The meeting ID is tied to that account so it will then apply to the new account email address.

I hope that helps

My personal Zoom account uses my personal email address, so that should be the ID. The non-profit's Zoom pro account uses its own email address. What we changed at the non-profit is the name on the account, not the email address. So, when the non-profit is sent a Zoom meeting link, it is sent to their email address and Zoom should launch from their account, right? When I set up meetings using my personal account, Zoom correctly launches from my account and displays my name. However, when Zoom links for meetings are sent to my personal email address, Zoom launches, grabs the non-profit account and displays the non-profit chairperson's name. Is it perhaps that my credit card is still on file at the non-profit for payment of the Zoom-Pro account?
