Zoom link not appearing for some users for scheduled meetings

any idea why Zoom link not appearing for some users for scheduled meetings

 

when you click on schedule meeting in outlook, via zoom plugin in the body of the email there are details ,link to join the meeting, that is missing (not generated) for some users and body of email is blank

    Hey @Sunnysarao, can you try to reinstall/update the latest Zoom version? You may download the most updated Zoom app on this link: zoom.us/download.

     

    Once done, uninstall/reinstall your Outlook Plugin/add-in. You can go to this link for the steps:https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/115005223126-Zoom-for-Outlook-add-in-web-and-desktop-.

     

    After attempting both let me know if this helped you repopulate those meeting details.

    I have the same issue..... and I do not have an IT department to help me.
