Zoom iwth PRC People's Republic of China

12 Months ago I was able to zoom with PRC (mainland China) but now when I sent a zoom link to PRC they cannot enter the meeting but receive an error message saying the problem is "due to the limitations of the host". I have a basic free plan. What limitations could that be and how to overcome them?
