I have a user who whenever he uses Zoom still requires him to insert a meeting ID and a passcode - there is no automatic connection. Any ideas? I have gone through the Admin account settings, reviewed his settings in Zoom vs. mine, and can not find anything different? We did a test meeting and it did ask him to enter the ID & Passcode. Thanks.

Hey @SWelcome, if you go to the Web Portal within your Profile Settings, you can enable the Embed passcode in invite link for one-click join. The Meeting passcode will be encrypted and included in the invite link to allow participants to join with just one click without having to enter the passcode.
