I have multiple people that are in Zoom for Government meetings. When they get put into a breakout room zoom crashes. Has anyone experienced this? It's not just one PC or internet connections, it is happening to multiple people so I'm led to believe this is a Zoom issue?

Welcome to the Zoom Community! We're glad to have you here.
Please advise users to update their Zoom application to the latest version (6.4.6), which includes fixes for known crashing issues.
Please let us know if this helps or if you need further assistance.

I recently upgraded to Pro (2/13/25) after using the Free version for quite some time. It is now 5/13/2025 and I've yet been able to use the upgrade product on my desktop computer. The main problem is the program crashes. It crashes everytime if I attempt to use either "settings/Audio" or "settings/Video". I am trying to use the audio setting because when I first log into meetings, I have no audio (not muted either). I have no problem with any other programs I use that requires sound. I am forced to resort to my travel laptop. I have no problems with Zoom on the laptop.
Both computers use Zoom version 6.4.6 (64360)
On the computer I am experiencing the problems with, I have cleared the temp files, uninstalled Zoom and re-installed Zoom 2 times.

Hoping someone can assist with a solution (this is my second request for help, my first was never replied to). At the least, perhaps direction to someone or some group who can address this problem.
Thanks
