Zoom is crashing

I have multiple people that are in Zoom for Government meetings. When they get put into a breakout room zoom crashes. Has anyone experienced this? It's not just one PC or internet connections, it is happening to multiple people so I'm led to believe this is a Zoom issue?

Please advise users to update their Zoom application to the latest version (6.4.6), which includes fixes for known crashing issues.

Well that makes the third time Zoom has been uninstalled and re-installed.  Still does not work..... Login, settings/audio....la bomb ba!  There has to be an answer.
