After canceling zoom pro that I have had for multiple years, I wanted to get the last report that was still on my pro account, only to realize I now have no access to my reports.

...

 

Surly I have a right to those reports? As I was a pro customer at the time and that is my data?

Zoom is a complete loss.

Not sure what you expected AFTER cancellation. Every subscription I have ever had removes all access to data once it is cancelled.
