Zoom green and gray video corruption

 Every single Zoom one-on-one I get this green and gray video corruption!

This has happened on older installs of Windows 10 on the same machine. I do not have the luxury of using another computer (and why would I, mine kicks @$$). The only thing I can do is downsize the restored window to a very small 2x2 inches on my 32inch screen! I would have posted about this two years ago though that is how insanely busy I am. Suggestions from other highly technical people please?
