Zoom freezing every 20 minutes

Every 20 minutes, my Zoom meetings freeze. I have the most updated version, I have tested my wifi (very strong), and it is very intrusive as I am doing coaching and counseling sessions.

I faced the same issue few days back. This solution helped me out.
You can change the video settings in Zoom Client -> Settings -> Video -> Advanced -> Uncheck Receiving Video in the section (Use hardware acceleration for).

 

Check if this works for you as well.

It sure would be nice if the software coders pre-selected the most stable options to keep the app from crashing. I am running out of settings to experiment with to keep my meetings from crashing.
