This will not apply to everyone, however if you have MSI afterburner installed for overclocking, RivaTuner usually comes with it. The issue is that RTSS will try and monitor Zoom, causing it to crash! I found that you can add an exclusion to RTSS to stop it from monitoring zoom. The way this is done is by opening RTSS holding shift while clicking on ADD. Make sure you have the applications check marked (they must be open) that you want to exclude.

@Jaynay thank you so much for letting us know! I also have MSI afterburner on my personal machine; and its super helpful to have this info for any other community users that have these applications installed and maybe affecting Zoom resulting in a crash.

You are a star. Thank you. I need this for work and it has become a real problem for me. I uninstalled RTSS as Zoom is not optional (fixing my issue), I will give this exclusion a test tomorrow.
