Zoom freezing and dropping out

Have had no issues until about 10 days ago. I use zoom for my psychology sessions so I need it to be reliable. Recently, every time I use it I have found it will freeze and drop out 2-3 times in one hour meeting. Happening every time I use now. I have run a broadband speed test when it drops out and wifi does not seem to be the issue. If I continue my call on same device with Whats app video it works fine. I have tried uninstalling but this has made no difference. Any ideas? I am at the point I need to move to another platform because of this issue.
