Zoom education plan

I worked in school as administration staff.
My school want to subscribe Zoom Education Plan with 22 licensed account.
The questions are:
1. what is the different  with pro/bussiness account?
2. how much participant capacity for each account?
3. is there including co-host and recording feature?
4. what about combined class? if there's a class with 11 class together can we combine participant capacity from 11 account?

For a business account, it starts at 10 licenses for $1,999/year with Local & 1 GB cloud recording (per license). You're also able to have a Co-host & alternate host. For Q4, with a business plan, you can host a meeting with up to 300 participants. All 22 users can be associated on one account with an Owner, Admin, and members, for setting configuration for all users on the account. However, if you want all 22 users on the account to be licensed consider going with a business plan type or you can look into the Education Plan type --> https://explore.zoom.us/docs/en-us/education.html
