Zoom didn't record my last meeting and I've been told I've run out of recording capacity

A message from Zoom told me I need to increase my storage capacity for recordings. I do not know how to do this but when I try to phone Zoom for help, its bot says it has no record of my account (although I do have one). A Zoom meeting on Sunday night should have been recorded but I see no sign that it was. (It's not in my list of recordings.) An advisory email from Zoom simply told me to read everything it has ever published. I don't find that helpful. Can someone give some tailored advice, please.

Hey @stephengames An email alert will be sent to the account owner when usage is at 80% of the subscribed storage limit. If the storage limit is reached during a recording, the meeting will continue to record until it is ended. The overage amount will be calculated based on the highest usage of Cloud Storage during the billing period. Additional cloud recording storage can be purchased at https://zoom.us/pricing or look into your https://zoom.us/billing to change current plans and/or addons.
