On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

I've noticed them appear in multiple places during the self-update process.

Note: The initial client installation is from the IT Admin MSI installer.

Paths I've seen it use:

%TEMP%

(C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Temp\SAU{F8~1.zmdownload)

 C:\Program Files\Zoom\temp\temp.msi

%APPDATA%\Zoom\MSI\5.7.7.1105

(C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Zoom\MSI\5.7.7.1105\ZoomInstallerFull.msi)

Thank you! So do you mean that the temp files appear in all different locations?

It appears that it downloads it to one location (%temp%) then moves it around prior to starting the upgrade.

Oh ok we deploy the system version install app, would that still be the case?
