Zoom can't connect to Youtube and Facebook

I receive this error message every time I try to connect to youtube or facebook live.

Oops! We were unable to complete your request. Please try again. (300).

 

Please help! 

- I have changed my settings. 

- I have given permission to live stream.

      1. you need to be the meeting host or alt host in the account domain.

      2. make sure you have admin permission on the FB group\page you want to stream to

      3.  make sure you have admin permission on the YT channel you want to stream to, and that YT is enabled for live.

      This answer is an insult. Of course you have the permissions yourself when trying! Personally I have done it many times, and yet the Zoom fleague one day decides that he does not want to work properly
