Zoom auto restart and rejoin during meeting

Hello, sometimes my zoom meeting was restart and rejoin automatically, may I know what is the reason and how to fix it? Thanks

Click Room Management > Zoom Rooms. Click Account Settings. Click the Meeting tab. Navigate to the Weekly system restart option and verify that the setting is enabled.
