Zoom app permformance question

Dear

Our end user often use zoom app for discuss, not using video meeting, but it use more ram resource in the computer. Is there suggestion for adjusting ram performance ? Thanks.

    • Check your system tray (the icons near your clock) and right-click to close apps you aren’t using.
    • On Windows, you can open Task Manager (press Ctrl + Shift + Esc), look at the “Processes” tab, and end tasks for programs you don’t need (be careful not to close system processes).
    • On Mac, open Activity Monitor (found in Applications > Utilities), and quit unnecessary apps.

    By reducing the number of active programs, your computer can dedicate more RAM and processing power to Zoom, which can help it run more smoothly.
