Zoom app doesn't connect/recognize my Sennheiser EPOS ADAPT 360 headphone's microphones

Hi there!

The zoom app doesn't connect/recognize my Sennheiser EPOS ADAPT 360 headphone's microphones. However, my audio output works (speaker) but not mic.
Things I tried already, and didn't work :
1)I have tried changing the audio input (Mic) but it doesn't work. I can see EPOS ADAPT 360 in, but when I test it there is no audio output.
2) Updated zoom to the latest version

3) Shut down/ restarted my mac 
Is there anybody who has the same problem? Also, can somebody tell me how to resolve this?

Hey @Padma, I am not sure as to what the exact issue could be, however, have you tried Updating the firmware for ADAPT 360? Or looking into their Software ➡️ https://www.eposaudio.com/en/us/enterprise/software
