Zoom app Start Meeting, Join, and Share Screen button greyed out on main menu (Windows 10)

my zoom wasnt responding when i try to join a zoom via link (it wont even show up on taskbar), then when i want to try join via id, i cant click anything on the zoom app (on windows 10) except the schedule button
