Zoom app Start Meeting, Join, and Share Screen button greyed out on main menu (Windows 10)

my zoom wasnt responding when i try to join a zoom via link (it wont even show up on taskbar), then when i want to try join via id, i cant click anything on the zoom app (on windows 10) except the schedule button.
Please help.

    I have the same issue, can't get resolution anywhere. My Join a meeting button is greyed out. same thing if I sign in. have reinstalled after using the zoom remover tool. latest updates on zoom desktop client and OS. no joy 😞
