Zoom annotation doesn't work on multi monitor

When I share screen with dual monitors on gnome Wayland, annotation controls don't show up. If I only use internal laptop display, then I can annotate.

I'm having the exact same issue. This makes meetings in Zoom very annoying as I have to unplug my extenal monitor right before meetings for others to be able to annotate my screen...

 

Annotation controls also don't appear when I share a specific window instead of the entire screen, which is also a bummer.
