Zoom and Windows 11

In my company, all devices with Windows 11 are not compatible with the zoom application, the camera and microphone do not work at all

I'm having the same problem. I was told it wasn't a Zoom problem but a problem with my computer. I have not had this problem until school started this September.

How was Zoom deployed? MSI or some other way?

Are you certain that the 64 bit version was deployed and not the 32 bit?

I don't know what any of that means. I just have launched Zoom the same way I have for the last three years and did not have a microphone problem until this month. I've done all the troubleshooting recommended.
