Hello,
After recently completing an upgrade in place to Windows 11 on a user's device, we are running into an issue where they cannot login to Zoom as the login box doesn't appear for them. We are operating on version 6.1.11 (45504)
When launching the Zoom Workplace executable, Zoom window loads to a "Connecting" screen, but nothing happens, even after waiting several minutes. I have attempted to uninstall and reinstall the Zoom application, as well as running the cleanzoom.exe and reinstalling Zoom from the website which seemed to fix the issue and brought the user to our SSO pagefor a day until the user rebooted and now they are unable to log into Zoom again.
