Zoom Video Freezing and Turning Green

Our company had a Christmas shutdown.  Had a meeting last week and my video froze and in the process, turned green.  Uninstalled and reinstalled Zoom and the problem still exists.  Today, another meeting and the problem still existed.  I did not encounter this problem three weeks ago.  This only happens on Zoom.  Are there any changes I need to make to settings to eliminate this issue?

Hey @Krosey21 is it you or the participant's video turning 'green'? Suggest looking into the discussion on Video Image Has A Green Tint and @AuxTech's last reply.

Have done the above and it still happens.  Even using the last response provided.

I am having the same issue.  It only happens on Zoom on my laptop.  We just bought a new laptop, so I know the camera works.  When I use zoom on my phone, the video works fine with no glitches.  Been a zoom user for 3 years, and never had this issue before.

Here is the solution:

Currently installing an older version of Zoom is the only way to fix it, below an official link for the latest version on 5.12.x for macOS. You'll need to uninstall your current version with Zoom open via the menubar. Make sure to avoid any update prompts until a fixed version has been installed.

Zoom Client 5.12.9 [macOS]

https://zoom.us/client/5.12.9.13190/Zoom.pkg

Windows :

5.12.9 64-bit:

https://cdn.zoom.us/prod/5.12.9.10650/ZoomInstaller.exe?archType=x64

5.12.9 32-bit:

https://cdn.zoom.us/prod/5.12.9.10650/ZoomInstaller.exe

Thank you for posting that. After many struggles it seems to have finally fixed MY problem.

For HP laptop - if we click the x64 link, will it uninstall the new version of Zoom, and then install the older version you recommended?   My Zoom keeps glitching, turns to green screen video for my camera.  Thank you
