I no longer see " Check for Updates" option when I click my profile picture. Is this a new change? How do you update if it is? Thanks

Are you using a personal account or work account? Some account admins turn off the auto-update/check for update feature. You can always try this... right-click on the blue Zoom icon near your computer clock and see if you have the Check for Updates option.
