Zoom Room on Logitech Rally with Tap Start Meeting Issue.

After booking a meeting the meeting appears on the Logitech Tap in "Meetings List" but it is not possible to start the meeting from the room since there is no start button. This issue has happened 3-4 times.

We are running into this same issue with a Rally, RoomMate, and Tap IP. Were you ever able to figure out the cause?

Me too. Was there a solution.

Can you confirm there is a Zoom Meeting actually attached to the calendar appointment? If there is a calendar appointment without an attached Zoom (or even Teams/Meet) meeting, it will still show on the Zoom Rooms controller, but you won't be able to join.

We recently having the same issue here, 

I usually do the following to book a meeting in a Zoom rooms:

1- From my MS Outlook 2019 client, I would click on the "Schedule a meeting" button, then I would invite the room.

2- The room would automatically accept my invitation and it would add the meeting to its calendar.

3- The Zoom meeting link and information is present when I check the meeting on my calendar.

4- The meeting would appear on the Zoom room controller display without the "Start" button.

the room calendar integration with Zoom is already set and synced.

Zoom room controller is iPad, iPadOS 16.6, App version 5.16.5 (1966)

Zoom room's platform is Windows 11, App version 64bit, 5.16.10 (3425)
