Zoom Room no longer shows a reoccurring meeting

Hi,

 

We have encountered an issue where a Zoom Room no longer shows a reoccurring meeting, but this meeting is still visible in the Microsoft Outlook calendars of the people who attend this meeting.

 

Theres been no evidence of the meeting being cancelled, and checking the zoom portal outlook is set up to share its calendar with zoom for the people affected. Is there anything we can troubleshoot to prevent such an issue from happening or find out why the reoccurring meeting was removed from the Zoom Room?

If a recurring Zoom meeting is missing from Zoom Rooms but still appears in Outlook, it may have expired or be set with recurrence issues. To restore it:

  1. Access the meeting via its direct link (https://zoom.us/meeting/MEETING-ID).
  2. Edit the meeting, update the end date, or set it to “No Fixed Time.”
  3. Save changes; the meeting will reappear in Zoom Rooms.

This usually happens when the Zoom Room’s calendar sync breaks or the meeting organizer’s Outlook permissions changed. First, re-sync the calendar integration in the Zoom Admin Portal and make sure the Zoom Room still has read access to the organizer’s calendar. Also confirm the organizer didn’t edit the recurring series (even small changes can cause Zoom Rooms to stop displaying it). If that doesn’t fix it, remove and re-add the calendar integration for that Zoom Room this forces a fresh sync and usually restores missing recurring meetings.
