Zoom Room - Teams Integration

I'm setting up a zoom room with a PC and touchscreen.  I've setup the Microsoft Teams widget to also connect to teams meetings.  My issue is with the widget itself.  It will disappear from the kiosk main screen after a day or two.  I've noticed over the last couple weekends.  When I reboot the device it returns and functions normally.

Any ideas??
