Are you normally able to play downloaded MP4 files?

If you do not normally play MP4 files, it may be that you don not have a default video player for MP4 files.

If you do not have an MP4 player, you could try downloading and installing VLC Player - https://www.videolan.org/vlc/ - this should play MP4 files for you.

If you are normally able to play MP4 files without a problem, please post back here if this seems to a problem just with this Zoom file in particular.

Have you been able to play previous Zoom recordings?

And are you using Windows or Mac?
