I have been recording the same meeting through different user accounts under the same meeting room for work to test this out and it occurs on all of them, one account worse than the other.
The actual meeting session will be fine with no issue, however on playback after the recording is viewed in playback, the recordings will freeze for 1-3 seconds every 10-20 seconds (variable) - sometimes it can go for minutes without this but other times it will freeze every 10 seconds consistently.
I am not sure why this is happening. I noticed a coworker of mine had the same issue on a completely different meeting.
Is this a Zoom issue? what can be done to fix it?

Did you find out how to fix this. I am having the exact same problem on playback.
