Hi guys, 

 

I have a meeting that is recorded each week. For some reason, Zoom sends out 3-4 recordings of this meeting, most of them empty. Does anyone know why this happens  and if so, how do I correct it?

I wasn't aware that Zoom sends out recordings. I know I can share recordings. I'd be interested in learning more about this process.

BTW: I would guess that your cloud recordings have multiple type of recordings selected, and some of them are quite partial. Just a thought.
