Zoom Recording

Hey!

I was in a meeting (I was set as the host), and recorded the whole thing, but after finishing the recording, it disappeared and I couldn't save it! Moreover, it seems that I was not logged in - is there any chance I could still get my hands on this recording?

Maybe the profile that set me as the host could have it, or not?

    Hey @Gintssm, were you using the Web Client which you could only Cloud Record from the Web client (if not signed in). Or, were you not signed into the Zoom Desktop client (App) and locally recorded the meeting? 

     

    You can attempt to find the file on the Path: C:\Users\name\Documents\Zoom\recording

    i am having the same issue, i joined a meeting through web browser and was then made a host so i could record, It allowed the recording but now is nowhere to be found. I was not logged into zoom on the web browser, i am hoping the original

    host has it
