Hello there,
We have uploaded a meeting recording couple days ago, and the video was good to go. Today, we wanted to recheck the video to make sure everything's fine, however, we saw issues such as frozing video, and the audio, not being in sync with the video.
Is it possible that a Zoom Recording file be corrupted after uploading? Or is this related to the internet connection?
We need urgent help as we are on a tight deadline.
