Zoom Quizzes

Is it possible to create Zoom Quizzes that other Zoom users can use? I was thinking to use it for a virtual classroom but was not sure if the facilitators would be able to access pre-built quizzes If I create them.

Hello @Lclifton

Yes you can definitely share Quizzes (and Polls, and Surveys as well) with colleagues.

Go to your "Zoom Portal > PERSONAL > Surveys" from there you can create your Surveys, Polls and Quizzes, and after done, clicking on the ellipsis you can share it.
The people you shared it with will those in their personal portal, under the Tab "Shared with me"

Hi Vinnie,

While the Share option is there, you cannot select any people from your account to share with!  Please see my previous, unanswered question on this here: https://community.zoom.com/t5/Zoom-Meetings/Zoom-meeting-Shared-Polls-feature-can-t-find-any-users-t...

Let me take a look to your comment and try to test it. I will read the details first...

I checked the question and it is a different that this one, but I got the chance to test it and it is working for me; I go to portal to list "All surveys" or "My surveys" and I see the list of my Surveys; I tried the "Quiz"  and the "Poll" types and when clicking the  ellipsis for the menu options, I see "Share to..." and from there I can see the people I am sharing it already, but also I can see the "search" option where I can type a Contact or an email. I have notices the Contact has "auto completion so it shows me a list matches while I type, while the search by email option only shows me the contact once I finished type the whole correct email, otherwise comes out empty.

Do you have the capability to search contacts in other sharing areas like Docs, etc.?

I see you comments on adding "personal contacts"; as far as I know this only works with Zoom Contacts within your account, not external contacts.

Can you include a screenshot?

Here are some screenshots.  No matter if I try to share to name or email address, it doesn't find them.  This same person I can easily make alt-host on my meetings.

It's interesting you mention sharing other areas - we have file sharing in chat turned off for security reasons. Is that needed to share polls?

Interesting that you mentioned the Zoom Chat feature is blocked: I don't know what is the backend mechanism used for Sharing, but being Chat a Core service, it makes me think as a good test is experiment with with enabled it for a couple of users and see if anything changes.
Try to see if "Sharing" other things are working, like Zoom Docs, Zoom Notes, etc.
An easy way to discard if having Chat disabled might be the culprit could be creating a new Group and temporary move a couple of users (same ones you are mentioning here) to that that Group with the Chat feature enabled and see what happened. If with the "Sharing" enabled works, I think a Zoom Ticket might be needed.

I will keep looking if there is a checkmark somewhere to prevent this sharing, but so far, no luck on my side.
