I have zoom pro for several years now but only receiving Basic membership. ANNOYING! Keeps shutting me off at 40 min when I need & paid for 60 min!!

Hello,

 

I would advise going into your account and checking the Billing tab on the web to verify that your subscription is still active. If it is, you can head into User Management and then assign the Pro license to yourself to make sure that the pro features are available to you.
