I've hosted two meetings the last two days where the participant's video is intermittently blurry. It goes green and then looks like a scrambled cable channel (for those of you who grew up in the 80's you'll know what this means). Is this an issue on my end?
I have been getting this on and off since returning to work after Christmas. It switches off and on again intermittently. I have seen it on colleagues' images and also external machines. Camera is fine and works on other video platforms no problem. Think it's a zoom issue, rather than localised. I have tried asking Zoom but not had a reply. Did you get any further resolving it?
I haven't done a zoom session since this past weekend. I had one Friday night and Saturday morning where it was an issue, but had another one Saturday afternoon and didn't have the issue. I have another zoom meeting tonight so I'll see what happens. Thanks for the response.
