Zoom Meetings requiring passcode

Hello,

Our team has moved our ATS from Lever to Greenhouse. With this change, we have run into multiple problems with zoom requiring a passcode for the candidates who are scheduled for an interview. When we give them the passcode provided it doesn't work. We have had all the managers who are having this problem turn off their PMI and a couple of other settings. Has anyone else experienced this? If so, what was your solution?

Really intrigued to know more about the decision in moving from Lever to Greenhouse as we are considering the same.

Hi Steven,

Greenhouse is great, but be prepared that the first month or two Zoom will not integrate properly due to Greenhouse, not Zoom. We made sure to talk to everyone about this from each team and it came down to GH not being able to integrate the proper meeting URL. There was no problem solving technique it just slowly started working right. Good luck.
