On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Zoom Meeting - mic and speaker stops working after a 4-5 minutes in to the meeting

Hi,

I have an issue with the Mic and Speaker. They suddenly stop working after 4-5 minutes into the call. Neither I hear the voice nor the other party hears me. It is causing me a lot of issues. I have to leave the meeting and join back. My device is iPad 8th Gen Wifi only.  Facetime and other calls work fine. I see this issue only with zoom meetings.

I just re-installed the Zoom app from the AppStore and it is on the latest version.

 

Let me know if I am missing any settings or if possible I can provide logs but need to know the way to collect them. 

Any help to fix this issue is greatly appreciated.

I can't get in.  It says no zoom today

Hi,

I have the same problem on Mac from a few weeks ago. Nothing fixes it. It was working ok and suddenly it stoped working a few mins into the meeting. It started to fail about 2 updates ago .
