This information is not available to the Zoom user through the web site or the Zoom client app.

If you happen to have access to reports in the admin section of the account, you can find the creation date and time for meetings by running the User Activity>>Active Hosts report. As @Ray_Harwoods stated, there is no way for a standard user to access it.
