Does the file size of a video, shared on the host's desktop during in a Zoom meeting, affect the file size of the Zoom Meeting recording? In others words: will a larger, higher quality video file, create a larger file size for the Zoom Meeting recording?

Yes. Shared Screen content is streamed at its native resolution, and the recording will also be made in the resolution of the highest screen share during the session.
