Zoom Large Meeting Add-On NOT Working

So we have a Zoom Workplace Pro account with Large Meeting Add-On (1000 participants), and we're paid up. BUT now under profile it says only 100 participants/40 minutes. Last week, we did a meeting and it capped us at 100, when 500+ were trying to get on. There is some glitch here. Can't figure it out and cannot get to anyone to help figure this out.

Sounds like you may have not upgraded the account to Pro.

Under profile > license should say:

Zoom Meetings
100 participants
You can host up to 30 hours per meeting with up to 100 participants.
If not be sure all the following has been done:

It sounds like Zoom isn’t recognizing your paid plan or add-on correctly. This can happen if the license isn’t assigned properly to your user.

Here’s what to check:

  1. Sign in to Zoom and go to Admin > User Management > Users.

  2. Make sure your user has the Zoom Workplace Pro license and the Large Meeting Add-On assigned.

  3. If not, assign them manually.

If it’s already assigned and still not working, try reassigning the license (remove and add it again). Then restart Zoom and test.
