Zoom Lagging

Hi

 

I have a zoom pro plan and it is getting untenable.  The picture lags and freezes and is just awful.

I have checked my internet upload and download speeds and they are fine.  I have loads of space on my computer.  It is frustrating me that I don't know what is causing this, and I am paying for a service that is rubbish.  I am now looking for an alternative as I don't want to upgrade my zoom package and it still be c*ap.  

 

Has anyone else had the same problem?  If so did you fix it or leave?

Thank you for your message. We appreciate your feedback. We wanted to ask, have you been experiencing the issue for a while now? Were you running other programs at the time by any chance?
