Zoom International Dial-in Numbers does not show up

The Zoom International Dial-in Numbers does not show up in the invite.

I only see a zoom link.

I did turn on "Show international numbers link on the invitation email" from the setting.

 

 

In the actual invite setting on outlook calendar,

I tried to turn on "telephone and computer audio", but it keeps going back to only " computer audio"

 

can anyone please help!??
