I join a gym class on zoom (some are at the class in person) with the instructor giving direction and music playing loudly in the background. After getting a new CD player recently the audio is now completely useless and patchy and I can only hear the instructor when she talks directly into zoom on her mobile when there’s no music in background. The minute the music starts I can only hear occasional bits of music but it’s largely muffled or silent. Occasionally I can hear a shouted word or two but I’m going to have to give up if I can’t help resolve this. Please is there a setting on her mobile that will sort this?
