Zoom Gmail plugin

Why is the Zoom Gmail plugin so phenomenally slow / buggy? It's a crucial part of the product for our team's workflow and doesn't fit due to slowness. We use google meet instead internally. Would love you to fix this!

When you are viewing an email thread, in the right-side panel, click the Zoom for Gmail icon. Click Start a meeting. Enter the meeting details, then click CREATE MEETING. An instant meeting will be created and the meeting details will be sent out on the email thread
