Have been connecting with my elderly parent using zoom pwa in her Chromebook and win10 in my computer without issues. Recently, however when I invite her to a meeting, she joins, but her participant screen is black, audio is fine, she can see me, but i can't see her. I connected remotely with chrome remote to check issues. Her camera works, I updated her chrome OS, browser is also upto date, removed and reinstalled the zoom for chrome with Google play, I cannot see an option under her zoom user to "check for updates", this option is there for my version of zoom. Even after reinstalling her zoom for Chromebook, the version number does not change. I realised that her connection signal is weak lately. Could this be affecting the video? I would appreciate any feedback and help. Thank you in advance.
